2009 Stallion Season Service Auction

I would like to donate 1 stallion season to the NDTA for the purpose of establishing eligibility of all foals sired by the donated stallion to enter the 2012 ND Stallion Auction Stakes Futurity and 2013 ND Stallion Auction Stakes Derby. It is understood that to establish eligibility, the season must be sold. It is further understood that the auction is to close December 13, 2008 and the donor reserves the right to bid on his own behalf. If a return breeding is offered, it is limited to one year. If the first mare fails to conceive, any substitute mares must be approved by the stallion owner. Before a stallion service can be resold, the successful bidder is required to have approval from the stallion owner.

The bidding will start at not less than $200, and the stallion service must sell for foals to be eligible.

If the season fails to sell at the auction, I will will not purchase the season for $200 (if a reserve is placed, purchase of the season by the owner will be 1/2 of the set reserve with a $200 minimum)
