Thoroughbred Progeny Derby - 6 1/2 furlongs (ND 3 year olds)

Thoroughbred Progeny Stakes - 1 mile (ND 4,5 or 6 year olds)

To be run: June 22, 2008
Purse: $2,400 added (est. $4000 purse per race)
Payment Schedule: June 1, 2008 - $25, June 12, 2008 - $50, To enter - $50, to start $75

No late nominations: Payment envelope must be post marked by nomintaion due date.

Preference Requirements:
1st High weight (based on 2008 earnings)
2nd Starter of a race
3rd Luck of the draw

Eligible entries that are left in the box after the draw of the race will receive back all the money paid in, minus $25.
Purse distribution: 1st - 50%; 2nd - 25%; 3rd - 10%; 4th - 7%; 5th - 5%; 6, 7 & 8 - 1%

Eligibility Requirements:
Stallion must have been standing in the State of North Dakota at the time of mare conception of the progeny nominated.
